The literature on human resource and its relative models and approaches demonstrates how the strategic approaches aligning with HR components can be translated into a set of HR process and practices. As opined by Joseph and Dai (2009), the human resource strategies are aligned with the governmental strategies, in order to support to a certain extent of organisational changes. An effective implementation of such strategy may develop such organisational culture and work environment that changes within the organisation can be easily penetrated as well as accepted. The current research deals with the strategic administration of human resource management to lighten the path of enhancing employee efficiency. The undertaken organisation has aimed to increase the quality of output generated from the operational activities. Incorporation of changes in the organisational activities is crucial to build a potential business expansion strategy. The research has also focused on the organisational structure, proved to be best, in order to generate a set of effective and quality output that the organisation can continues to enjoy its competitive advantages in market.
