To describe and discuss a suitable strategy/policy change for managing a specific equality and diversity issues of your choice which is causing conflict with other employees that has arisen within the workplace. (This could be in relation to religious, gender, sexual orientation, age, race or transgender, etc. and recognising unconscious bias) Students will be required to: • Demonstrate a critical awareness of Diversity and Equality issues that affect the efficiency, relationships and team working of a global business. • Analyse the various issues that can affect the establishing of a global business, such as the political, socio-economic or religion. • Ensure the application of relevant theory and academic model provide a suitable complement of theory and practice. • Ensure the appropriate academic referencing is adopted.
